Report a tool problem
Include the tool URL, your browser and version, input format, expected result and actual result. A small invented subtitle sample helps us reproduce timing or formatting problems without exposing your work.
Do not send passwords, API keys, login links or private subtitle files. Remove names and sensitive dialogue from any example before sharing it.
Suggest a content correction
Send the page URL and the sentence you think needs correction. Include a primary source or a reproducible input/output example when available. CueRefine maintains the tool descriptions and guides under the CueRefine brand.
Ask about privacy
Questions about browser drafts, local processing or the separate private review workflow can be sent to the same support address. The Privacy page explains the different data flows.
